Don't limit your market - Be a global player

It's a small world after all, and it's a wonderful time to do business on a global scale.  With a website, email, and VOIP (Internet Phone Calls) maintaining national & international relationships have never been easier.  Question:  How do you build these relationships?  Answer:  The best way is TRAVELING.   Get your butt up and out of town for a music festival, climb a mountain, sightseeing, ride the newest rollercoaster, spend the night on the beach, whatever you do, meet some new people.  It's great for business (It's necessary for business).  With just a few weeks of research you can be doing business with new markets around the planet.  Why would you market your product or service to your metropolitan area of 100,000 - 4,000,000 people when your market could be EARTH?

Things are not like they use to be.  You want to learn how to convert Dollars to Yen, or Pesos to Rubles?  You don't have to take a semester at the local college, you can just visit a website like www.xe.comYou've got a deal going down in South Africa, and they want to pay you in RAND with their credit card?  CALL ME, I'll show you how to collect your money.

If you plan a getaway out of the country, remember since January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport.. More

Because of the new law, it takes 8 - 10 weeks to get a passport.  In case of a travel emergency or if you are traveling within the next 14 days, you can get one the same day in some cities (Boston, MA - Chicago, IL - Aurora, CO - Norwalk, CT - Honolulu, HI - Houston, TX - Los Angeles, CA - Miami, FL - New Orleans, LA - New York, NY - Philadelphia, PA - San Francisco, CA - Seattle, WA - Washington, DC)... More

Go build some new business relationships.  Don't be afraid to walk right up to someone, and give them your 15 second George Fraser (The guru of networking) spill.  Hi, my name is Steve Conley, I'm the CEO of We Care Worldwide from St. Louis, MO, I'm an Internet Consultant & a Sponsorship Acquisitions Specialist,  Over the past 7 years I've help hundreds make money over the Internet, and I've raised  over $1,000,000 in event sponsorships.  It's nice to meet you.

BLACK SELF-GENOCIDE:
NO WHITE MAN PULLED THIS TRIGGER

by Demetrious Johnson

"It's all about the kids!"

Bull.

That is the most insincere, over-used excuse for abdication of educational responsibility I have ever heard. Everyone's shouting it, too – parents, teachers, St. Louis Public School (SLPS) Board members. You name it, they're saying it. And ever since the Missouri State Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) voted 5-1 on March 22, 2007 to rescind accreditation away from and take over the St. Louis School District, everybody be pointing their collective finger at the white man and blaming "him" for stripping away their power-play thing.

As if the white people of Missouri drove our School District into the ground.  More

Local Activist Reports On Fact Finding Mission To Sudan

Local community activist, Zaki Baruti, recently returned from the Sudan as part of a national Black media fact finding mission led by Akbar Muhammad, the International Representative from the Nation of Islam.  The thirty-one member delegation was in the Sudan April 14 – 20, 2007 and included a BET film crew, TV One members and a host of other radio personalities and newspaper writers from across the United States.  The major focus of the trip was to examine from the Sudanese government viewpoint, the critical issues impacting the western region of Sudan, known as Darfur.

Darfur is the size of Texas with a population of six million of the 27 million total population of the Sudan.  Darfur is actually three separate states that make up a twenty-five state political system of the Sudan. The three Darfur states are North Darfur, South Darfur and West Darfur and their respective capitals are Al-Fasher in the North, Nyala in the South and Al-Geneina in the West.   More

FROM THE PULPIT: FINDING UNITY BETWEEN THE CHURCH AND THE HIP-HOP CULTURE

by Michael A. Bates

To those who automatically denounce Hip Hop music that encourages working together in harmony, peace among men, uplifting family life, and love of God as instruments of the Devil, I say we need more of these instruments.

The spoken word is not new to Black people. Before it was called Hip Hop, Black people used poetry and music to communicate. During the revolution of the sixties and early seventies we called it the spoken word. During that time, the genre was thought of as revolutionary;  in fact, if was truth set to music.

According to the online encyclopedia Wikipedia, it was during the 1990’s that “Christian Hip Hop” became the descriptive term to describe Hip Hop music with Christian themes that express the songwriters faith.  More
